Order your physical card

Remember that it is easier and faster to order our virtual card

It takes approx. 3 weeks from when you order the card until you receive it, and it must be activated when it is received.

However, if you would like a physical card, follow these steps

Order your physical card

• Go to the Cards tab in the app.
• Swipe left.
• Press "Order your physical card".
• Fill in all the fields with the necessary information, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm the order.

Activate your card

• When you have received your physical card in the post, you must activate your card in the app.
• Go to Card and swipe left to see your physical card. Tap "Activate."
• Enter the last 4 digits of the card number of your new ViaBill Plus Mastercard and press Activate.
• You can get the PIN code by tapping on "Show PIN code".

Cancellation of physical Mastercard

If your physical ViaBill Mastercard has already been ordered, and you regret this, you can cut your card when you have received it. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order of the card.
