Manual payment

In order to make a payment in this way, you must have an active card linked to your ViaBill profile.

You can make a manual deposit at any time.

If you have our app 👇

  • Tap on your initials in the top left corner to open the menu.
  • Go to "Make a payment" (option 3)

  • Enter the amount you wish to pay to shorten your total payment period. If you have an outstanding payment, this will preselected for you.
  • In the Balance field, you can see how your current consumption changes, depending on the amount entered.

Do you need to make a bank transfer?

We encourage you to make your payments with your card. Bank transfers take longer and failure to receive them on time may result in a late payment fee.

If you still wish to continue, you can find the information you need by logging in to www.my.viabill.com and clicking on "Payment".

Remember that when you make a manual deposit to cover your monthly installment, we receive the amount, but the payment is not registered until the payment day. Therefore, your payment summary will still show that you have an upcoming payment this month.

At the beginning and end of the month, you may experience delays or problems with manual payments due to the high volume of payments.
