Deactivate biometrics

Although we recommend using biometrics to keep your account secure, there may be cases where you want to turn this off.

Please note that this is a setting on your mobile and ViaBill is not responsible for this.

For iPhones and iPads, you can follow the link here.

For Android, please follow these steps: 

1) Go to settings.

2) Tap on "Security & Location". 

3) Tap "Lock Screen preferences". 

4) Press "Biometric unlock" off and press "Pin Lock" on. 

Now you can log in to our ViaBill app with your code and not with Face ID or Fingerprint.
