Stolen/lost card

If your card got stolen or you lost it, you have the option to report this on the app and reissue* a new card.

To do this, go to the Cards tab

Select the card that you wish to report - virtual or physical - by swiping

Scroll down and tap on Block card

Here you can choose the reason for blocking your card

Remember that once the card is blocked it cannot be reactivated again. A new card will be issued right away.

*Remember that reissuing a physical card has a cost of 99kr.
