Why am I being charged even though I sent my order back?

If you are still being charged a monthly payment on your payment card, even though you have returned your order, please contact the webshop to find out if they have received your return and if they have credited the order.

It typically takes 5-10 banking days from the moment the webshop has refunded your order until the order is credited to your ViaBill account.

As soon as your order has been credited, you can see it in your MyViaBill APP. Your balance will be reduced and you will have correspondingly more credit available.
