How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password:
  1. Go to the ViaBill app and click on "Log in". Then tap on "Forgot your password?" which you can find under the "Log in" button.
  2. You will then come to the Reset password page, where you must enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

If you remember your password but just want to update it: 

  • Log in to the ViaBill app.
  • Go to "Profile".
  • Tap on "Password"
  • Enter your new password and confirm it.
  • Press Change and your new password will be saved.

Your new password must contain the following:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Minimum 1 capital letter [A-Z]
  • Minimum 1 lowercase letter [a-å]
  • Minimum 1 such [0-9]
  • Minimum 1 special character ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|\;:"<>,./?
If you have a new phone number or email address, click this link to update your account information and then follow the previous instructions to update your password.
