How do I close my account?

There are different ways to close your account, depending on what you want to achieve:
Do you want it closed for new purchases?
- Contact our support and ask us to close your options for further purchases.
- Contact support if you want the account opened for purchases again.
Do you want to have your account closed completely?
To close your account, your balance must be 0 kr. Click here to see how to pay off your balance. When your balance is fully paid, you will need to pay a final account fee for the period during which you have had an active balance since your last payment of the account fee. This fee will be automatically deducted on the date when your account fee is normally due. Once this payment is completed, you will be able to close your account completely.
- Log in to MyViaBill on your computer (not on the app), go to the Personal profile section, and click on Close my account.
Be aware that it may take a few minutes before your account is closed. We appreciate your patience this is being registered in our system.
