How do I cancel or return my order?

If you want to cancel or return your order, please contact the webshop.
Remember that cancellations and refunds are subject to the store's return policy.
Refunds
Once your cancellation has been processed by the webshop, the webshop will refund the amount to your ViaBill account. If the amount has already been added to your used balance, this amount will simply be deducted from your balance again.
If your used balance is 0, the excess will, of course, be refunded to you. This can take between 5-10 banking days.
If it is a purchase made with ViaBill Mastercard, this should be released automatically within 30 days.
