When will I receive my order?
If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact the webshop. ViaBill is solely responsible for financing the purchase and we therefore have no way of seeing when your order has been shipped.
What happens if my order is not in stock?
If your order is not in stock and you do not want to wait, please contact the webshop and ask them to cancel the order. When the webshop has canceled the order, the reserved amount is released - it typically takes between 5-10 banking days before this is registered with ViaBill.
- When it is canceled and released, you can see it on MyViaBill, where your used balance will be reduced and your available amount will have increased, so you have a higher amount to buy with.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation from the webshop?
If your order has been approved by ViaBill, we are just waiting for the webshop's approval and shipment. If after 2 days you have not yet received an order confirmation from the webshop, please contact the webshop.
If the order has been charged to MyViaBill, but you have not yet heard from the webshop (and have tried to contact them), please contact support@viabill.com
