What if the item is not in stock and therefore cannot be delivered?

If an item cannot be delivered, it must be marked as such cancelledin your payment system. You must then inform the customer of the lack of delivery and that you have canceled the order. 

If the order has already been captured, the order must be refunded. You must also inform the customer about the refund.
