Manual payment

In order to make a payment this way, you must have an active card linked to your ViaBill profile.
You can make a manual deposit at any time.
If you have our app 👇
Tap your initials in the top left corner to open the menu.
Go to "Make Payment" (option 3).
- Enter the amount you wish to pay in order to shorten your total payment period. If you have an outstanding payment registered, it will already be selected for you.
- In the "Balance" field, you can see how your current spending changes depending on the amount entered.
Do you need to make a bank transfer?
We encourage you to make your payments with your card, as bank transfers take time. If they are not received on time, it may result in a reminder fee.
If you still wish to proceed, you can find the information you need by logging in to www.my.viabill.com and clicking on "Payment."
Remember, when you make a manual payment to cover your monthly payment, we receive the amount, but the payment is only recorded on the payment date. Therefore, it will still appear in your payment overview that you have a pending payment for this month.
At the beginning and end of the month, you may experience delays or issues with manual payments due to the high volume of transactions.
