What should I do if my payment fails?

  • If you receive an email or SMS from us that your payment has failed, there may be several reasons for this.

    These are the 3 most common causes:

    • Your payment may fail if you do not have enough funds available on your payment card.
    • Your payment may fail if your payment card is expired or inactive.
    • Your payment may fail if your bank has rejected the withdrawal.

    If your payment has failed, please either:

    • Register a new payment card in the APP again as soon as possible, then we will deduct the amount due as soon you have added the new card.
    • Log in to the APP and make a manual payment.

    If we have not succeeded in withdrawing the due amount on the due date, we will try again the following day and the day after, if there is an active card associated with your account.

    If we still cannot withdraw the money, a reminder fee will be charged in accordance with Danish interest legislation. When we have exhausted the collection attempts and you have received 3 installments of fees, the collection process starts, which we hope can be avoided by making a manual payment of the outstanding amount instead.
