How much balance do I have available?

To see your available amount in your ViaBill account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the app.
- Go to Account.
- There you can see how much you have available for new purchases.
Do you want to extend your ViaBill credit?
Our credit extension is offered individually to our customers, based on many different criteria. Before we can offer a credit extension, we make an individual credit assessment, where we look at payment history, ability to pay, willingness to pay, customer seniority, and financial situation.
In the app, you will see an option to go through our credit assessment to see which credit we can offer you. For this assessment we use, among other things, Monthio.
If you are not offered a credit increase in connection with the assessment, you can't extend your credit at this time, but you can try again at a later time when we will then make a new credit assessment.
