How to check my available balance?

To see your available balance in your ViaBill account, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to the app.

  • Go to "Account."

  • There, you can see how much you have available for new purchases.

Do you want to extend your ViaBill credit?


Our credit extension is offered individually to our customers, based on various criteria. Before we can offer a credit extension, we conduct an individual credit assessment, where we consider payment history, ability to pay, willingness to pay, customer tenure, and financial situation.

In the app, you will see an option to go through our credit assessment to see which credit we can offer you. For this assessment, we use, among other tools Monthio.

If you are not offered a credit increase during the assessment, you cannot extend your credit at this time. However, you can try again later, and we will conduct a new credit assessment.
