How do I close my account?

Want to Close Your Account Completely?
To close your account, your balance must be 0 DKK.
Click here to see how you can pay your balance.
MyViaBill – How to Close Your Account:
Log in to MyViaBill via your browser or computer
Go to the "Personal Information" section
Click on "Close my account"
ViaBill App – How to Close Your Account:
Log in to the ViaBill app on your phone or tablet
Tap your initials in the top left corner
Select “Edit”
Tap “Delete Account”
Confirm that you want to delete your account
Note: It may take a few minutes for the account to be fully closed. Thank you for your patience.
Do you want it closed for new purchases?
- Contact our support and ask us to close your options for further purchases.
- Contact support if you want the account opened for purchases again.
