How do I close my account?

Want to Close Your Account Completely?

To close your account, your balance must be 0 DKK.
Click here to see how you can pay your balance.

MyViaBill – How to Close Your Account:

  • Log in to MyViaBill via your browser or computer

  • Go to the "Personal Information" section

  • Click on "Close my account"

ViaBill App – How to Close Your Account:

  • Log in to the ViaBill app on your phone or tablet

  • Tap your initials in the top left corner

  • Select “Edit”

  • Tap “Delete Account”

  • Confirm that you want to delete your account

Note: It may take a few minutes for the account to be fully closed. Thank you for your patience.

Do you want it closed for new purchases? 

  • Contact our support and ask us to close your options for further purchases.
  • Contact support if you want the account opened for purchases again.
