Why has ViaBill deducted more than one payment from my card?

If you have been charged twice from your account, it can be for 3 reasons:

  1. You have made a bank transfer yourself, which we have only received after your payment due date. This means that we deduct your payment from your card on the due date. If this is the case, please send us your bank receipt of the payment to support@viabill.com. The bank receipt must state:
    - The FI code you have transferred to.
    - Date of your transfer.
    - The amount you have transferred.

  2. If we have debited your payment on Betalingsservice and we have also debited your card, we will of course refund one payment to you again. As Betalingsservice can be rejected for up to 7 working days after the draw, we, unfortunately, do not have the option to book the payment before this deadline has passed. You are very welcome to send an email to support@viabill.com as soon as you can see both payments on My ViaBill. We can then refund the one payment to you.
  3. You made a manual payment after adding a new card. Remember that when you add a new card, we'll charge it automatically if there's an overdue amount.
If you have problems with your account or payment, do NOT leave a comment here. Please contact us at support@viabill.com
