I have a ViaBill account, but my order wasn’t successful

There can be several reasons why your purchase is not going through on your existing ViaBill account:

  • You are trying to buy more than you have available in credit.

  • You have an outstanding balance.

  • Your account is closed for purchases (this may be due to missed payments, declined payments, or suspected identity theft).

  • You are using a different phone number than the one registered on your ViaBill account.

  • Your first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. If there are insufficient funds on the card to cover this, the purchase will be declined.
