I have a ViaBill account but my order wans't successful

There may be several reasons why your purchase does not go through on your existing ViaBill account:

  • You are trying to buy for more than your available credit.
  • You have an overdue amount.
  • Your account is closed for purchases (could be due to missing payments, declined payments, suspected identity theft, etc.)
  • You use a different phone number than is registered on your ViaBill account.

If you have registered as a customer after the 19th of November 2020 at 15:00 CET your first payment must be done upon purchase. If there is no cover on the card to pay this, the purchase will be rejected.
