Transactions, Receipts, and Payouts

If you want to get an overview of which orders are included in a specific payout or download receipts for the payouts, you can find more in this guide.

Transactions – Overview

In My ViaBill, you can get an overview of withdrawn transactions, transaction fees, balance, and more.

To find this information, go to:

• Transactions

• Overview

Here, you'll see an overview of all “events” that affect your balance, sorted by date.

Please note: A minus in front of the balance amount indicates that we owe you money and that the amount is on its way to being paid out.

Transactions – Transfers

Here you can see what we have paid out to your account, which orders are included in the transfer, and download receipts.

To access this section, click on "Transfers", located to the right of "Overview"

Under "Transfers", you now have an overview of all payouts we have sent to you.

The due date indicates the day we made the payout – it may take a couple of banking days before the amount is received, depending on your bank.

If you click on "Show Details" to the right of the amount, you can see which orders have been paid out and quickly get an overview.

If you click on "Export Transfers" on the far right, you can download a CSV or JSON file as a receipt for the payout.

Receipt for Transaction Fee

On My ViaBill, you have the option to download your monthly receipt for transaction fees.

Go to the "Transactions" category.

• Click on the receipt icon at the top right.

• Select the month/year.

• Click "Download"
