A customer made an order, how do I proceed?

You must treat the order as you would treat an order paid by credit card. When you ship the order, you process it in your payment system.
You can view the order on MyViaBill as soon as it has been processed. On MyViaBill, you can also see when we will pay for the order. This is shown under the Transactions tab, with the date listed in the Due Date column.
