Callback function

Under Callback, you can see the callbacks we send to your system.

(Callback means a message from our system to yours)

This is the callback of both approved, rejected and canceled orders. 

They can be listed as successful, failed, and pending.

Success then means that we were able to deliver a message correctly. This does not mean that we have approved the order. This is purely an indicator that we could deliver either an approval or rejection of the order.

The error means that there has been an error when we wanted to deliver the callback. It could be due to an update or similar. You can click on "send again" and we will try to send the callback again. If it fails again, please send an email to teknik@viabill.com. Then we will take a closer look at it.

Waiting means there is a queue in the system. And we will ship as soon as possible.
