Transactions, receipts, and transfers

If you want to get an overview of which orders are included in a particular payment or retrieve receipts for the payments, you can see more in this guide.

Transactions - Overview
On MyViaBill, you have the opportunity to have an overview of paid transactions, transaction fees, balance, etc.

To find this information, go to:

- Transactions -> Overview

Here you have an overview of all "events" that affect your balance, ranked by date.

Note that a minus in front of the amount in the case of a balance is an expression that we owe you money and that the amount is on its way to payment.

Transactions - Transfers

Here you can see what we have paid out to your account, see which orders are included in the transfer, and collect receipts.

To get here, click on "Transfers", to the right of "Overview".

Under "Transfers" you now have an overview of all payments we have sent to you.

The due date is an expression of the day we have paid out - it can therefore take up to a few banking days before you receive the amount, depending on which bank you have.

If you click on "Shows Details" to the right of the amount, you can see which orders have been paid and quickly form an overview.

If you click on "Export Transfers" on the far right, you can download a CSV or JSON file as a receipt for the payment.
