ViaBill is solely responsible for the financing of the purchase. This means that matters regarding the cancellation, refund, delivery, etc. are to be handled between you and the webshop.
We are naturally interested in all customers having a good experience with their ViaBill purchases. If you experience persistent problems with a certain webshop, you are welcome to contact us at support@viabill.com, stating the name of the shop in the email, as well as when and how you contacted the webshop and a description of your problem.
