Betalingsservice (BS)

In connection with your purchase, we ask for your bank registration and account number.

We do this so that we can deduct any dues via PBS in the event that we cannot withdraw from your card and have not received a payment from you.

It is important to emphasize that Betalingsservice cannot be used to deduct your monthly installment or fee, this is only used if you are in arrears and have received reminders, i.e. we do not withdraw your monthly installment or your account fee via Betalingsservice, as it has a cost per withdrawal.

Since only 950 kr can be withdrawn per payment service at a time, unfortunately, there may still be an outstanding amount after a withdrawal and we therefore recommend going to manual payment and paying this off.

If you are in arrears you can always log into your MyViaBill account, and make a manual payment. If your card has expired or it doesn't work for other reasons, then you can add a payment card to your account.

In relation to your normal payment, there is no difference for you, as we will continue to draw on the card.

From 1 January 2021, ViaBill will charge a small fee of DKK 9.75 if your overdue payment is withdrawn via BetalingsService.
